- Set the heated mold into the vacuum molding machine
- Place the compound strips on the mould cavaties by retainer*

The vacuum molding machines we equipped are advanced heat-pressing molding equipment for rubber components, it is widely applicable for rubber components that requires high vacuum environment to avoid from damages caused by air bubble.  

- Pressure: 250T
- Molding temperature and time were set in accordance with values of TS2 & TC90
- Vacuum pump ran automatically to assure the molding process was carried out 
  under vacuum environment.
